Subscription Terms

ListTrash paid plans renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account Settings.

Current plans

The current monthly and annual prices are displayed in ListTrash before you subscribe. The selected amount, billing interval, currency, and any applicable tax are shown again before payment in Stripe Checkout.

Automatic renewal

By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize ListTrash and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancellation. Renewal dates, payment information, and upcoming charges are available through the Stripe-hosted subscription portal opened from Account Settings.

Introductory trial

One introductory free trial may be available per employee. The current trial length is displayed in ListTrash before you subscribe and does not require a credit card. If no payment method is added, the trial ends without a charge and the account returns to free access. If a payment method is added during the trial, the selected paid plan begins when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand. Trial eligibility does not reset when an account, email address, or Stripe customer record changes.

Cancellation

Open Account Settings and choose Manage Subscription to reach the Stripe-hosted portal. Review the effective cancellation date shown by the portal before confirming. Deleting a ListTrash account cancels linked current subscriptions immediately. If you cannot access the portal, contact email@listtrash.com for help.

Refunds

Subscription charges are ordinarily non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law or expressly offered by ListTrash. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

Promotions and discounts

A promotion may have additional eligibility, duration, or expiration terms presented with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply only for the period shown and the subscription then renews at the standard price displayed when the offer is accepted.

Price or term changes

ListTrash will provide advance notice of material subscription changes, including price increases, when required by law. The notice will state the new price and effective date and explain how to cancel. When the law requires affirmative consent, ListTrash will request it before charging the changed price.

Other terms

Your use of ListTrash is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
